Time for an Update

So, apparently its been a while since I updated this charade. I plan on rejuvenating this sad, lonely space (in the next few weeks) with events from the past 8 months. There has been so much... OAR in concert (twice!), a few cruises, Rays games, a holiday in the mountains, blah blah blah. My goal is that the 2 people who ever look at this (myself and my wife) enjoy reading about things that they've already experienced, and can have a joyous laugh at the good times they've shared together.

Closing comments to the blogosphere -- I'm going to be more active on this, mark my words!!

First Post

So this is it... The first day of my transformation from semi-nerd to complete nerd! I was going to create a blog this weekend, but after coming home to a home with no power, I decided there was no better time than tonight to start scripting my life. We'll see how this goes: Maybe this ruins my life and I become one of those guys always jonesing to update my blog. Maybe I write this first post and decide that my time can better be wasted, er, served, elsewhere. Only time will tell. But my hope is that this becomes more than just a place to post pictures, share my thoughts, and learn to do some cool web-ish things. Perhaps this can grow into so much more...

But I seriously doubt it.
